Geek Links

April 14th, 2005 Posted in Geek

If you’re into hacking on things, this is an interesting site.

On a different topic, if you are a software developer (like myself) and have ever had to work with CVS, you will know that it’s pretty good at what it does, but the user interface typically sucks. I’ve finally stumbled upon a good GUI front-end for it. It’s called SmartCVS.

Another link of interest to coders might be this: CXDE

But the real geeks have moved on to Subversion and their Tortoise GUI plugin. It’s even got Ankh, a plugin for Visual Studio.
