The Patent Busting Project

It’s getting ridiculously too easy to get patents on things these days. The best example is a kid who actually patented the process of swinging on a swing from side-to-side…as apposed to forward/backward. It just happens that the kid’s dad is a patent attorney, and they did it as an experiment to highlight the issues with the process. If you want to try to make a small difference, please hook up with the EFF and have them send an email or fax on your part to your representative.
