Another week…another exploit: IE trojan horse exploits vulnerability via banner ad.

I know I have tried to push my open-source agenda before…mostly out of spite for “the man”. But it is really getting to be a point of increased security by moving to a better brower, Mozilla.

Before you get weirded out, mozilla is Netscape…or at least it was. The browser has really been refined over that past couple years and truly is the best and most secure browser out there.

There are 2 flavors to choose from: The Mozilla Suite, which is a browser, email client and other internet tools…or there is FireBird, which is just a stand-alone browser. Both are good choices.

But just the other day, the RIAA said that file sharing was down by 41%….so I’m failing to see the tight relationship between downloading and decrease in music sales.
